TCG & SATANG 생태계

우리의 mineTV는  세계 유일의 양방향 대화형 쌍방향 방송의 혁신적인 기술인 Smart IP Cloud OTT Interactivity Platform을 구축하고 자체 구축한 비트셰어 블록체인 메인 넷의 노드에서  태국 통화화폐 최소단위의 가치 고정형 암호화폐(Stable coin)인 SATANG을 통화의 목적으로 발행하였으며, 이더리움 메인 넷에서 가치 변동형 암호화폐(Valuable coin)로써 저축과 투자의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 11월에 발행한 TCG(Television Commerce Global)와 최저 5,000SATANG(=50THB=약 2,000원) : 1TCG의 기본교환율로 연동하여 TCG를 기축통화로 하는 회당 3~5원의 세계 최저수수료의 실시간 송금을 실현한 블록체인 결재 시스템을 적용한 직.간접 광고상품의 근린상가 당일배송 사전.사후 서비스 보장 후불결재 OTT 전자상거래 서비스로써 TCG의 주 생태계이다.

    이 생태계 구축을 위하여 한국보다 3배 규모의 멀티미디어 시장인 태국 현지에 합작법인인 TRION THAI CORPORATION CO., LTD.를 설립하고 2019년 11월부터 코로나 전염병의 확산으로 비대면 교육 플랫폼의 수요가 절실한 태국정부가 인터넷과 위성을 기반으로 총 3개의 플랫폼으로 2020년 5월 18일 비대면 교육의 서비스를 시작한지 15분만에 모든 비대면 교육 시스템이 불능화 되는 초유의 사태가 발생함에 따라, 2018년부터 태국정부의 과기부장관/복지부장관/산자부장관 등과 4차례의 부총리를 역임하고 태국전역의 44개 지역에 캠퍼스가 있는 라자밧 대학교의 재단 이사장인 H.E KORN DABBARANSSI와 이-러닝을 준비하던 우리는 전국 13개 지역에 유치원부터 고등학교까지 과정의 학교와 1개의 대학교(A-BAG)를 운영하는 태국 최고의 명문교육재단인 CGA(Confederation St. Gabriel Association) 동문회와 협력하여 이들 학교들에게 원격교육을 성공리에 지원하여 2023년 9월 27일 CGA 주도로 태국교육재단이사장 전국총회가 개최되어 당사의 OTT 플랫폼으로 구독형 이-러닝 서비스를 결의하면서 1,300만명의 학생들을 TCG 잠정 사용자로 확보하였다.

    또한, 태국의 방송통신위원회(NBTC)와 디지털방송사협회(ADTEB)의 35% 난시청 지역해소를 위한 OTT 플랫폼으로 채택되어 태국/미얀마/라오스/캄보디아 등의 유료방송 50채널을 포함한 150채널의 TV방송 서비스를 받는 7,180만명의 태국민들을 TCG 잠정 사용자를 확보하였으며, IDC(internet Data Center) 인프라의 확보를 위하여 태국 전역과 인근국가인 홍콩/싱가폴/말레이시아/미얀마/라오스/캄보디아/베트남 뿐만 아니라 중국에까지 광케이블 백본 망을 소유한 태국 증권거래소에 상장되어 있는 대형 통신사인 ALT TELECOM PCL과 합작으로 DMSC(Digital Multimedia Streaming Center)를 구축함으로써 월 수십 억원의 운영비 절감과 별도의 클라우드 시스템 구축 없이 이들 나라에까지 mineTV 서비스를 확대할 수 있음으로 23억1,820만명의 아시아인들을 TCG 잠정 사용자를 확보하였다.

    나아가, 태국정부의 차기총리로 곧 지명될 가능성이 높은 H.E KORN DABBARANSSI께서 태국합작법인의 Advisor로의 직책을 수락함으로써 스테이블 코인 SATANG을 발행함과 동시에 태국 암호화폐 거래소에 TCG 상장을 위한 최고의 장애물을 극복하였으며, CGA와 센트럴 그룹 및 타이항공을 우리의 OTT 전자상거래 서비스로 견인함으로써 TCG 기축통화의 블록체인 결재 시스템을 On-Line 뿐만 아니라 Off-Line 에서도 사용될 수 있는 교두보를 확보하고 있다.

우리는 유치원부터 대학교 및 직업교육 등 15채널의 교육방송을 무료로 제공하는 eduTV 서비스를 개시하여 학생들이 기독교 선교방송 시청을 통하여 보상으로 획득한 SATANG을 구독형 이-러닝 수강료 결재를 지원하고 학부모형제들 또한 mineTV 서비스에서 기독교 선교방송과 TV방송 광고를 시청하여 보상으로 획득한 SATANG을 학생들에게 기부할 수 있음은 물론 OTT 전자상거래의 대금결재로 사용할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 우리의 블록체인 결재 시스템의 기축통화인 TCG와 5,000(=50THB=약 2,000원):1으로 교환할 수 있도록 하여 학부모형제들과 졸업생들이 잔여 SATANG을 TCG와 교환하여 자산화를 지원하면서, mineTV 마중물 가입자 20만명을 확보함으로써  TCG가 태국 암호화폐 거래소에 상장하기 위한 조건인 CCC 등급 이상이어야 하는 생태계 평가 A- 등급을 이미 획득하였으며 태국 저명인사(H.E KORN)의 참여 및 20만명의 사용자를 확보하는 조건 모두를 만족함과 동시에 TV방송광고주들이 간절하게 원하는 목표집단의 광고시청 데이터를 TCG의 결재를 통하여 제공함으로써 TCG가 2026년 태국 암호화폐 거래소 상장 시 1TCG당 50바트의 마중물 매수자를 확보함으로써 암호화폐 투자자들과 사용자들이 주목하는 TCG 가치향상의 원동력을 확보하였다.

2026년 초에 한국의 IDC에 mineTV 클라우드 시스템을 구축하여 최저 20만명에서 60만명으로 추정되는 주한 인도차이나반도 근로자들에게 태국/미얀마/라오스/캄보디아 등의 TV방송을 제공함으로써 이들이 본국의 가족들에게 송금할 시 TCG 기축통화 블록체인 결재 시스템을 사용함으로써 이들 TCG 매수자에게 한국의 TCG 사용자들이 P to P 거래로 수익을 창출할 수 있도록 함은 물론 2027년 한국의 암호화폐 거래소에 TCG의 당연상장 시 마중물 매수자를 확보함으로써 한국 TCG 사용자들의 저축과 투자의 목적을 만족시킨다.

아울러, 엘유프로가 중동에서 생산하게 될 500만톤 그린수소.암모니아의 독점적인 유통계약을 체결(2024년 9월)한 태국의 에너지 유통기업인 MA CORP. OIL CO., LTD.이 TCG 기축통화 블록체인 결재 시스템을 Payment Gateway로 채택하는 계약을 2024년 9월 24일 체결하였으며, 엘유프로 또한 태국에서 생산하게 될 1,000만톤의 그린수소.암모니아에 대하여 TCG 기축통화 블록체인 결재 시스템을 Payment Gateway로 채택하는 계약을 2024년 9월 30일 체결함으로써 그린수소.암모니아 10KG(=약 11달러):1TCG의 기본교환율이 적용됨으로써  적용으로 2030년 1TCG당 11달러의 미래가치를 확보하였음과 동시에 TCG 기축통화 블록체인 결재 시스템은 18조원의 유동성을 보유함으로써 TCG는 무한성장성을 확보하고 있다.

TCG 기본 생태계 요약

우리는 2020년 코로나 팬데믹 사태에서 원격교육 플랫폼이 절실한 태국의 교육현장에 CGA(Confederation St. Gabriel’s Alumni Associations of Thailand, 태국교육재단들의 동창회연맹)와 협력하여 CGA 산하 교육재단들의 각급 학교에 학교간, 교실간 원격교육을 성공리에 지원하였으며, 태국 교육방송 15개 채널을 학생들의 개인 휴대용 단말기에서 시청할 수 있는 eduTV 서비스를 2023년 8월 10일 개시하면서 CGA 의 주도로 2023년 9월 27일 태국의 교육재단이사장 전국총회를 개최하여 CGA 가 콘텐츠를 제공하고 태국의 교육재단들이 자신들 재단의 학생들을 구독자로 제공하는 Pay per View 구독형 온-라인 교육 서비스를 eduTV 기반으로의 시행을 결의하여 1차 CGA 산하의 고등학교 3학년생으로부터 가입을 시작하여 CGA 산하의 고등학교 1.2학년과 CGA 이외의 고등학교 1.2.3학년생 등 약 200만명이 우선적으로 등록하고 점차적으로 중학생, 초등생, 유치원생은 물론 대학생들까지 1,300만 학생들이 eduTV 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 성장합니다.

eduTV 서비스는 수강료를 지불하는 Pay per View 형태의 유료 서비스로써 약 30~40%의 학생들이 가난으로 인하여 수강료를 지불할 수 없음이 예상됨에 따라 가난한 학생들의 학습권에 대한 침해를 방지하고자 기독교단과 협력하여 학생들이 eduTV 서비스의 선교방송 시청을 통하여 보상(1,000 SATANG x 4 times per day = 4,000 SATANG + 1,000 SATANG(1일 4건 시청 시 학생들에게만 적용되는 특혜) = 5,000 SATANG x 30 days = 150,000 SATANG + 5,000 SATANG(30일간 매일 4건 시청 시 학생들에게만 적용되는 특혜) = 200,000 SATANG)을 얻도록 하여 얻은 포인트를 수강료(300,000 SATANG = 3,000 THB per month) 지불에 사용할 수 있도록 합니다.

그러나, 학생들이 보상으로 받은 포인트는 수강료 지불에 충분하지 않음으로 학부모형제자매들이 mineTV 서비스의 선교방송 시청(100 SATANG)과 TV 방송광고의 시청(10 SATANG) 및 참여(50 SATANG)를 통하여 보상을 획득할 수 있는 mineTV 앱을 런칭하여 보상을 학생에게 기부함은 물론, 보상포인트로의 스마트 코인인 SATANG 를 암호화폐인 TCG 와 교환(500,000 SATANG(=50 THB)/1 TCG, 2025년 5월 XBTS 거래소 초기 교환비율)하여 자산화를 지원하고 나아가 TCG 를 태국의 CEX 거래소에 상장하므로 실생활에서도 사용할 수 있도록 추진하고 있으며,

사용자들을 더욱더 확대하고 규모의 생태계를 구축하기 위한 일환으로 태국의 7,500만 전국민이 디지털 방송을 시청하기 위한 국민 플랫폼 프로젝트를 태국의 방송통신위원회(NBTC)와 디지털방송협회(ADTEB)와 함께 추진하고 있으며, 태국을 발판으로 인접국가를 넘어 전 세계인의 디지털 방송 시청 플랫폼으로 성장합니다. 아울러 우리의 혁신적인 기술인 Smart IP Cloud TV Interactivity Service 인 mineTV 는 시청자들이 얻은 보상 포인트를 TV 광고상품의 온-라인 거래에 사용할 수 있는 근린상가 당일배송 사전.사후 서비스 보장의 후불결재 대화형 TV 전자상거래 를 전 세계적으로 확대하여 나갈 것입니다.

TCG & SATANG ecosystem

Our mineTV has built the world’s only Smart IP Cloud OTT Interactivity Platform, an innovative technology for two-way interactive broadcasting. On the nodes of our proprietary BitShare blockchain mainnet, we issued SATANG, a stable coin pegged to the smallest unit of Thai currency for use as a medium of exchange. In addition, in November 2020, we launched TCG (Television Commerce Global) on the Ethereum mainnet as a valuable coin designed for savings and investment. By linking SATANG and TCG at a base exchange rate of 5,000 SATANG (= 50 THB ≈ KRW 2,000) : 1 TCG, we established a blockchain-based payment system that enables real-time remittances with the world’s lowest transaction fees of only 3–5 KRW per transfer. This serves as the core ecosystem for our OTT e-commerce service, which integrates direct and indirect advertising, same-day delivery for local shops, guaranteed pre- and post-service, and deferred payment settlement.

To build this ecosystem, we established a joint venture in Thailand—TRION THAI CORPORATION CO., LTD., a market three times larger than Korea’s multimedia industry. In November 2019, as the COVID-19 pandemic created an urgent demand for remote education platforms, the Thai government launched three online and satellite-based distance learning platforms on May 18, 2020. Shockingly, all systems failed within just 15 minutes. In response, we collaborated with H.E. Korn Dabbaransi (who has served as Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister four times and currently chairs Rajabhat University Foundation with 44 campuses nationwide) as well as with CGA (Confederation St. Gabriel Association), Thailand’s most prestigious educational foundation, which operates schools from kindergarten through high school across 13 regions and a university (A-BAG). Through this partnership, we successfully supported their remote learning efforts. As a result, on September 27, 2023, the nationwide CGA board resolved to adopt our OTT platform for subscription-based e-learning, securing 13 million students as provisional TCG users.

Furthermore, the NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand) and ADTEB (Association of Digital Television Broadcasters) selected our OTT platform to address Thailand’s 35% underserved broadcast regions. This adoption brings 71.8 million Thai citizens, who access 150 TV channels including 50 pay-TV channels across Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, into our provisional TCG user base.

To strengthen infrastructure, we partnered with ALT TELECOM PCL, a major telecom company listed on the Thai Stock Exchange with fiber optic backbone networks extending across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and even China. Together we established the DMSC (Digital Multimedia Streaming Center), enabling significant reductions in monthly operational costs worth billions of won, while expanding mineTV’s service reach across Asia without the need for additional cloud systems. This secures access to a potential 2.318 billion Asian users as provisional TCG users.

Moreover, with H.E. Korn Dabbaransi—widely expected to be nominated as Thailand’s next Prime Minister—accepting the role of Advisor to our Thai joint venture, we overcame the most critical obstacle to listing TCG on Thai cryptocurrency exchanges while simultaneously issuing SATANG. By bringing CGA, Central Group, and Thai Airways into our OTT e-commerce ecosystem, we have also secured a foothold for TCG as a blockchain-based settlement currency not only online but also offline.

We launched eduTV, a free service providing 15 channels of educational broadcasting ranging from kindergarten to university and vocational training. Through this service, students can use the SATANG they earn as rewards for watching Christian mission broadcasts to pay for subscription-based e-learning courses. Parents and siblings, by watching Christian mission broadcasts and advertisements on mineTV, can also earn SATANG and donate them to students or use them as payments in OTT e-commerce transactions. Additionally, SATANG can be exchanged with our ecosystem’s base currency TCG at the fixed rate of 5,000 SATANG (= 50 THB ≈ KRW 2,000) : 1 TCG. This allows parents, siblings, and alumni to convert their remaining SATANG into TCG to build assets, while we secured 200,000 early mineTV subscribers.

This achievement has already earned our ecosystem an A- rating (surpassing the CCC threshold required for listing on Thai cryptocurrency exchanges), fulfilling both the participation of a prominent Thai figure (H.E. Korn Dabbaransi) and the user base milestone of 200,000. At the same time, by providing advertisers with the most sought-after target audience viewing data—transacted through TCG payments—we have secured the momentum for TCG’s value growth. Accordingly, when TCG is listed on Thai crypto exchanges in 2026, early adopters are expected to purchase at a base price of 50 THB per TCG, ensuring robust investor and user demand.

In early 2026, we plan to establish the mineTV cloud system at a Korean IDC to provide Thai, Myanmar, Laotian, and Cambodian TV broadcasting services to an estimated 200,000–600,000 Indochinese workers residing in Korea. These workers will be able to use the TCG-based blockchain settlement system to remit funds to their families back home. This creates P2P trading opportunities for TCG holders in Korea while securing early adopters ahead of TCG’s expected listing on Korean crypto exchanges in 2027, thereby fulfilling the dual purposes of savings and investment for Korean TCG users.

Additionally, MA CORP. OIL CO., LTD., a Thai energy distribution company, signed an exclusive distribution contract (September 2024) with LU PRO for 5 million tons of green hydrogen and ammonia produced in the Middle East, and adopted the TCG blockchain settlement system as its payment gateway on September 24, 2024. LU PRO also signed a contract on September 30, 2024 to adopt the same system for 10 million tons of green hydrogen and ammonia to be produced in Thailand. With a base exchange rate of 10 kg of green hydrogen/ammonia (≈ USD 11) : 1 TCG, this secures a future value of USD 11 per TCG by 2030. As a result, the TCG blockchain settlement system is backed by KRW 18 trillion in liquidity, ensuring unlimited growth potential for TCG.

Furthermore, SGF (St. Gabriel’s Foundation), the parent foundation of CGA, has established educational institutions across 32 countries worldwide, spanning the Asia-Pacific, India, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Through this global network, eduTV and mineTV are advancing globalization by consolidating TV broadcasts from around the world onto the mineTV platform, enabling global audiences to watch any broadcast anytime, anywhere. By doing so, users worldwide will engage with our OTT e-commerce ecosystem, which integrates real-time remittances at the world’s lowest transaction fee of 3–5 KRW per transfer, same-day delivery for local shops, guaranteed pre- and post-service, and deferred payment settlement powered by TCG.

This expansion secures 8.142 billion potential global users within the TCG ecosystem, a scale 4,071 times larger than Ethereum’s 2 million users and 81 times larger than Bitcoin’s 100 million users. TCG is thus positioned to achieve global recognition as a premier currency, savings, and investment asset of unparalleled value.

Summary of TCG's ecosystem

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we successfully supported remote education in Thailand’s educational institutions in collaboration with CGA (Confederation St. Gabriel’s Alumni Associations of Thailand), providing remote education solutions for schools under CGA’s educational foundations. On August 10, 2023, we launched the eduTV service, enabling students to watch 15 educational channels from their personal devices. Subsequently, led by CGA, the nationwide conference of educational foundation directors in Thailand was held on September 27, 2023, where they resolved to implement a subscription-based online education service using the eduTV platform. This service allows CGA to provide content while educational foundations offer their students as subscribers.

The first phase began with third-year high school students under CGA-affiliated institutions and is set to expand to first- and second-year high school students, as well as high school students outside of CGA-affiliated institutions (grades 1–2), encompassing approximately 2 million initial subscribers. Gradually, the service aims to include middle school, elementary, kindergarten, and university students, eventually reaching 13 million students nationwide.

The eduTV service is a paid “Pay per View” model, and it is anticipated that 30–40% of students may be unable to afford the fees due to poverty. To prevent the infringement of educational rights for underprivileged students, we collaborated with Christian organizations to allow students to earn rewards by watching missionary broadcasts via eduTV. Students can earn up to 200,000 SATANG monthly (based on 1,000 SATANG per view, 4 times per day, over 30 days), which can be used to cover the monthly tuition fee of  300,000 SATANG partially.

However, as these rewards may not fully cover tuition costs, parents, siblings, and relatives can also earn rewards through the mineTV service by watching missionary broadcasts (100 SATANG) and TV advertisements (10 SATANG per ad view or 50 SATANG per ad interaction). These rewards can be donated to students. Moreover, the rewards earned as smart coins (SATANG) can be exchanged for cryptocurrency (TCG) at an initial exchange rate of 500,000 SATANG(=50THB) = 1 TCG on the XBTS exchange starting in May 2025. TCG will also be listed on Thailand's CEX exchange, enabling its use in daily life.

To expand the user base and ecosystem, we are collaborating with Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and the Association of Digital Television Broadcasting (ADTEB) on a national platform project to provide digital broadcasting to Thailand’s 75 million citizens. Using Thailand as a base, this platform will extend to neighboring countries and eventually become a global digital broadcasting service.

Furthermore, our innovative technology, the Smart IP Cloud TV Interactivity Service integrated into mineTV, enables viewers to use earned reward points for online transactions of TV-advertised products. This supports same-day delivery for local stores with pre- and post-service guarantees, offering postpaid interactive TV e-commerce services that will be expanded globally.
